Our Skillsforce supports employers with all their skills needs. The online, helpline and face-to-face service includes free consultancy, HR support and access to funding. There’s also information on how businesses can engage with young people including work-based learning. Working closely with our partners, including national business support organisations and local authorities, we help employers with recruitment, training and development as well as restructuring and succession planning.
